TORONTO, Aug. 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Firm Capital Property Trust (“FCPT” or the “Trust”), (TSXV: FCD.UN) is pleased to provide an update on the Trust’s industrial occupancy since the period ended June 30, 2021.
RECENT INDUSTRIAL LEASING HIGHLIGHTS
The Trust has completed a three year lease for a vacancy in the Montreal Industrial Portfolio that was the result of a recent tenant bankruptcy. As a result, our Montreal Industrial Portfolio is now 100% leased. Overall, the Trust’s industrial portfolio occupancy has improved from 90.9% as at June 30, 2021 to 99.4%. Based on pro-rata ownership, the Trust’s industrial portfolio consists of 34 properties with a total gross leasable area of 1,046,285 square feet.
