Troy, MI, Jan. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Titan Environmental Solutions Inc. ("Titan" or the "Company") (OTCQB: TESI) announced today that the Company’s name and symbol change will become effective with FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and in the marketplace at the open of business today, January 16, 2024, whereupon the shares of Titan common stock will begin trading under the new name. The trading symbol for the Titan common stock will also be changed to “TESI”.
As previously disclosed, Titan effected a change in its name and jurisdiction of incorporation from TraQiQ, Inc., a California corporation, to Titan Environmental Solutions Inc., a Nevada corporation, effective January 10, 2024.
