On or around May 21, 2024, Set Forth detected suspicious activity on its computer network. Set Forth implemented incident response protocols and retained computer forensic specialists. After completing an investigation, Set Forth determined that certain personal data may have been compromised and began notifying the authorities about the data breach. The compromised data could include names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and other sensitive personal information. Up to 1.5 million individuals may have been affected by this data breach.
