On or about December 15, 2023, Chemonics discovered suspicious activity involving certain user accounts. In response, they launched an investigation, reset passwords, and disabled the affected accounts. The investigation revealed that unauthorized access began between May 30, 2023, and continued until approximately January 9, 2024. It is possible that certain personal information, such as names and other identifiers, was compromised. Up to 263,136 individuals may be affected by this data breach.
