DALLAS, Nov. 22, 1999 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Income Opportunity Realty Investors, Inc. (AMEX:IOT) Monday announced the payment of a fourth quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be payable Dec. 31, 1999, to stockholders of record as of Dec. 15, 1999.
The dividend payment represents 28 consecutive quarterly dividends paid to IOT shareholders.
