DALLAS, Feb. 10, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Income Opportunity Realty Investors, Inc. (AMEX:IOT) Thursday declared a first quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be payable March 31, 2000, to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2000.
The dividend payment represents 29 consecutive quarterly dividends paid to IOT shareholders.
