Yahoo! (Nasdaq:YHOO). We are continuing coverage with a BUY rating. In addition, the company continues to successfully expand its market share.

eBay (Nasdaq:EBAY). We are continuing coverage with a BUY rating. With more than 10 million registered users as of December 1999, eBay's customer base is large and growing. eBay has consistently maintained its position as the leading major Web property in terms of minutes per user and page views per user.

Compaq Computer Corp. (NYSE:CPQ) We are continuing coverage with a BUY rating. We believe Compaq is well positioned to benefit from the rollout of Windows 2000, considering its No.1 market share in PCs.
