Peragis, Inc., Establishes U.S. Presence with New Office Headquarters


PHOENIX, Ariz., May 2, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peragis, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian parent company Points North Digital Technologies (CDNX:PNS), has established headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Peragis was incorporated in the State of Delaware on March 1, 2000. The management team, comprised of Glen Kirby, CEO; Shelly Frank, President; and Byron Smyl, Vice President of Business Development, has moved to Phoenix and will be working on new travel solutions and services under the Peragis name.

The company has formed strategic alliances and business relationships with leading reservations systems and travel suppliers such as Sabre, Galileo, Sprint Canada, Inc., Compaq Financial Services Canada and EDS Innovations Inc.
