ArchivalCD(tm) Announces Interim Directors


CROCKETT, Texas, June 30 (PRIMEZONE) -- ArchivalCD, Inc. (pre-IPO OTCBB:AHCD) is pleased to announce that it now has a full Interim Board of Directors. Board members will be subject to shareholder election to be scheduled after the completion of the expected IPO.

The following individuals have consented to lend their expertise, their time, and their efforts, to help guide ArchvialCD, Inc. in formulating business plans and future growth. In keeping with the SEC Audit Review Committee requirements, three members of the Board of Directors, as indicated, are assigned to the Audit Review Committee.

Daniel J. Hay, CEO/President -- Founder of the company and previously the only director.

William Hale -- Retired IBM. Appointed by Corporate Vision (CVIA) as their representative to guide the company. CVIA has provided consulting services in the IPO efforts of ArchivalCD and retains approximately 20% ownership. Mr. Hale is a member of the Audit Review Committee.

Richard H. Lytle -- Attorney and interested shareholder. Mr. Lytle currently serves on the Boards of Directors for two multi-million dollar foundations.

Bill Gann -- Retired Educator and interested shareholder. Mr. Gann is a member of the Audit Review Committee.

Gary Toms -- Previously museum and historical curator, Mr. Toms is presently Director of Imaging Services at a firm in Kansas City, MO and is an interested shareholder.

Guillermo J. (Bill) Campisteguy -- Aeronautics Engineer and interested shareholder. Mr. Campisteguy is a member of the Audit Review Committee.

Mike Sirotka -- CFO. Mr. Sirotka brings extensive experience to the Board having previously served in capacities such as COO, CEO, and CFO of other companies.

ArchivalCD provides document management services specializing in digital imaging of microfilm and paper for historic archiving. The company intends to provide both services and products as well as archived storage for its clients.
