DALLAS, Sept. 8, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Income Opportunity Realty Investors, Inc. (AMEX:IOT) Friday declared a second quarter dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend will be payable September 29, 2000, to stockholders of record as of September 19, 2000.
The dividend payment represents 31 consecutive quarterly dividends paid to IOT shareholders.
