ArchivalCD(tm) Files Amended SB-2

CROCKETT, Texas, Sept. 15, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- ArchivalCD, Inc. (pre-IPO OTCBB:AHCD) announces that it has made an electronic filing of its amended SB-2. Initially filed on Dec. 22, 1999, the review comments from the SEC required the company to prepare an earlier amendment filed May 12, 2000. Additional clarifications have been provided with the current filing and replaces earlier versions of the filing with the SEC.

"It is a very difficult process, particularly for small businesses, but is something we felt was in our best long term interests," said Daniel J. Hay, CEO/President. "When the SEC changes made compliancy more difficult to obtain many companies dropped to the `Pink Sheets.' We decided we did not want to start at that level and chose to be fully compliant from the start. I would like to think," stated Hay, "that we have accomplished that with this filing but we still have to wait for the SEC approval on the IPO offering."
