ArchivalCD Appoints Additional Member to Board of Directors


CROCKETT, Texas, Feb. 22, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- ArchivalCD, Inc. (pre-IPO OTCBB:AHCD) announces that the Board of Directors has appointed Rachel A. Maze of Tulsa, Oklahoma to a position on the Board. This appointment is in keeping with ArchivalCD's bylaws and will remain effective as an interim position pending shareholder voting at the 2001 shareholder meeting. Mrs. Maze has also be selected to serve on the Board's Audit Review Committee.

Rachel A. Maze has been the Executive Director of the Tulsa Education Fund since 1989. The nonprofit, community-based organization funds creativity and innovation in the 15 Tulsa County school districts. She has chaired a number of major committees in Tulsa over the past 20 years primarily involved with citizen committees to develop school bonds, and to involve citizens in education and site management. Rachel works with community leaders, major business leaders and legislators and brings successful experience in Management, Leadership, Program Development, Public Relations and Communications to ArchivalCD's board. Mrs. Maze has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Tulsa Education Fund, for Operation Aware of Oklahoma, Inc., and for the American Red Cross Youth Services Adult Advisory Board. Rachel joins the Board effective immediately. ArchivalCD now has board members from Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, and Washington.
