COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Feb. 23, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- Timothy J. Cawley has today informed TDC (NYSE:TLD) that he wishes to resign from his position as Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the company.
John Gibson will, as Second Alternate, become an ordinary member of TDC's Board of Directors. Gibson is General Counsel International for SBC International Operations, San Antonio, Texas.
At TDC's upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 26, 2001, Lloyd E. Kelley will be nominated for election as Vice Chairman of TDC's Board of Directors. Kelley will be President of SBC Europe and responsible for SBC International's European operations.
