Calesa, chairman, president and CEO, will present at the CIBC World Markets Twelfth Annual Health Care Conference. The Conference will be held Monday, November 5, through Wednesday, November 7, 2001 at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.

Mr. Calesa's presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, November 7, 2001, from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. eastern time and will include discussion of business operations and strategic plans for the Company.
