Espen Pay New President of NCC Construction Norway


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 16, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Due to the ongoing reorganization of the NCC Group, contracting operations in Norway are entering a new phase. Against this background, it has been decided, with the agreement of current president Paul E. Lodoen, that the time is now appropriate for a change of president. Paul Lodoen has been a member of executive management for Norwegian contracting operations since 1985, with the past five years as president.

Espen A. Pay, aged 43, has been appointed to succeed Paul Lodoen as president of NCC Construction Norway. Espen Pay is currently president of Naturbetong, one of Norway's largest private housing-development companies. He also has experience from executive positions in the Norwegian contracting sector.

The change of president will become effective on May 1.
