STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 12, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Autoliv Inc. (NYSE:ALV) and (SSE:ALIV), the worldwide leader in automotive safety, has declared a dividend of US $.11 per share of common stock, payable on Thursday June 6, 2002, to the Autoliv stockholders of record of the close of business on Wendesday May 8, 2002.

Together with its joint ventures Autoliv has close to 80 facilities with almost 30,000 employees in more than 30 vehicle-producing countries.
