NCC to Build Residential Properties in Oslo for SEK 190 Million


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 06, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- NCC Norway has reached an agreement with Schultzehaugen Eiendom AS (Fabritius Prosjekt) regarding the construction of residential properties at Schultzehaugen, Maridalsveien in Oslo. The agreement applies to a turnkey contract worth approximately SEK 190 million (approx. NOK 170 million).

The project involves the construction of a total 19,000 square meters of floor space, a total of 193 apartments and a certain amount of commercial space. At present, the site consists of several older buildings and an office block, which are to be converted into apartments and commercial premises. In addition, two new buildings with a combined total of 59 apartments and an indoor car park are to be built.

NCC developed this project in cooperation with the client, Arcasa Arkitekter.
