Minolta Norway Chooses ePortMobile for All of Its Service Technicians


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 11, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- On March 6, 2002 Minolta Norway and Software Data signed a deal in which Minolta will buy ePortMobile for Palm and PocketPC for all of Minolta's service technicians in Norway. ePortMobile will be rolled-out in three phases, and will result in full use of the solution by all technicians within the calendar year 2002.

"Minolta strongly believes in the technical platform Software Data provides with its ePortMobile product. For Minolta, the solution will result in greater mobility for our service technicians, increased quality in all service assignments, and therefore greater customer satisfaction," says Morten Nygard, Technical Director at Minolta Norway AS.
