British Airways Expands Their Use of Carmen Systems' Planning Solutions


GOTEBORG, Sweden, May 6, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Carmen Systems AB announced that British Airways, one of the world's largest airlines, is broadening their use of Carmen's advanced optimization solutions for crew rostering to cover all short-haul cabin crew of approximately 5,500. The software helps airlines achieve higher standards of cost-efficiency, productivity and operational stability along with enabling each individual crew member the possibility of influencing their monthly roster.
