PrimeZone Media Network Announces the Addition of EDGAR Filing Services to its `Disclosure Now' Package

LOS ANGELES, June 3, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- PrimeZone Media Network today announced that the electronic filing of financial information to the Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system is now available as part of Disclosure Now, PrimeZone's dynamic new product for publicly traded companies.

Disclosure Now, PrimeZone's material news disclosure system, allows publicly traded companies to have SEC filings transmitted to EDGAR as well as posted along with press releases on their company Website as that news is released. This service complies with recent SEC proposals which would require the real-time posting of news releases and EDGAR filings on a company's site.

"Public companies frequently issue a news release and then file a Current Report (Form 8-K) with EDGAR a day or two later," said Tom Madden, PrimeZone's CEO. "With PrimeZone's Disclosure Now, material news releases can be automatically filed with EDGAR, in real-time, ensuring that SEC timeliness requirements are always met."

Disclosure Now includes the following services:

* Disclosure Wire Service and Website Posting - news releases are transmitted to disclosure media, newspapers, online services and financial databases, and simultaneously posted to the appropriate section of a company's Website -- a site managed and hosted by PrimeZone

* SEC Filings - All filings submitted to the EDGAR database are posted in real-time on the company's Website

* Email Alerts - Registered Website visitors automatically receive news release and/or SEC filing alerts via email. These alerts can also be made available via fax

* EDGAR 8-K Filing - Optionally, material news releases can be filed to the SEC's EDGAR database on Form 8-K ("Current Report") using PrimeZone's real-time filing service.

The Disclosure Now service can also include:

* Stock Quotes - Add stock quotes as well as interactive, historical stock charts to the IR section of a company Website

* Customized Website - SEC filing and news release Web pages are designed to maintain the look and feel of a company's own Website

"The company Website has become an integral part of the disclosure process," said Madden. "With Disclosure Now, our clients can focus on reporting material events through the issuance of a press release, knowing that the release will, automatically, be posted on the company Website, filed with EDGAR and sent via email to interested parties -- all with one vendor."
