Information from the Annual General Meeting


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 11, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mandamus Fastigheter AB (publ), which is quoted on Attract 40, the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Stockholm on Monday.

Dividend

At the AGM, the dividend for 2001 was set at SEK 4.25 per share, in accordance with the Board proposal. The record day for the dividend is 13 June, and the dividend will be sent to shareholders through the agency of the Swedish Securities Register Centre (VPC) on 18 June 2002.

Decision regarding number of Board members and Board election The AGM decided that the number of Board members, according to the Nomination Committee's proposals, should be reduced from seven to five. The following members declined re-election to the Board: Elisabeth Annell, Anders Johansson, Per Lundqvist, Jan Ohlsson and Hakan Tidlund.

Bjorn Hall and Leif Zetterberg were re-elected. The new Board members elected were Hans Selling, Sievert Larsson and Anders Glansk.

Confirmation of directors' fees

The AGM decided to reduce directors' fees by SEK 150,000 to SEK 850,000, owing to the reduction in the number of Board members. The directors' fees are to be distributed among the elected Board members by the Board.

Resolution at Board meeting following election At the Board meeting following election, after the AGM, the Board resolved to re-elect Leif Zetterberg as Chairman of the Board.
