Klippan AB is Increasing its Capacity for Coloured Office Paper

KLIPPAN, Sweden, Sept. 12, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Klippan AB, the leader in Europe in the area coloured office paper, is investing MSEK 6.5 in a new packaging line for coloured office paper.

The company's strengthened market position is the background for the increase in capacity.

The coordination with the paper mill at Molndal, acquired from Stora Enso in April, has been well received by customers. Klippan AB's position on the market has been further strengthened, which has led to the packaging unit at Klippan is also now being expanded. The investment will mean a greatly increased capacity for coloured office paper in modern, user friendly packages.

"We are happy that the response from our customers to the acquisition of the mill in Molndal has been so positive. The investment is one step in our concentration on our most prioritized business segment, and equips us to meet further increases in demand," said Bengt Ostensson, President of Klippan AB.
