Jim Myers Joins Exact Identification Corporation


SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Exact Identification Corporation (Pink Sheets:EXCT) is pleased to announce that Jim Myers has joined the company as of Monday, September 9, 2002. Jim will be responsible for supporting EIC field reps in application design, site visits, demonstrations, training and special projects. Jim was previously employed by Identix Corporation serving as a Field Applications Engineer.

Jim brings over 6 years of experience and expertise in the biometric and smart card industry. In 1997, Jim was project manager for the "Chicago O'Hare Air Cargo Security Access" program. This project involved applying fingerprint technology to smart card applications. In 1999, CardTech/SecureTech honored the project for the innovative integration of advanced card and biometric identification technologies. The application is covered by U.S. Patent 6,011,858, which Myers is a co-inventor.

Jim is a native of New Castle, PA. After serving over 7 years in the Air Force, Jim moved to the Kansas City area where he now resides with his wife and two sons.
