STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 4, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Earlier today, it was announced that WM-data (Other OTC:WMDTF) and DMdata are initiating cooperation within IT operations in the Nordic region. As a result, SDC is repurchasing 50% of the shares in the former jointly-owned Danish operating company WM-data SDC.
