Framfab's French Subsidiary Accepted for Judicial Reorganization


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 6, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- As announced previously, Framfab's French subsidiary filed for judicial reorganization as of November 29. The French authority accepted the application and appointed a reconstructor as of December 4, that together with employees, management and board of directors, will continue to operate the company during the reorganization.
