COPENHAGEN, Denmark, March 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Executive Management and the Supervisory Board have discussed and adopted the annual report for 2002 of GN Store Nord (Other OTC:GGNDF). The annual report has been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, previously IAS), the Danish Financial Statements Act, Danish accounting standards and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange’s financial reporting requirements for listed companies.
We consider the accounting policies applied to be appropriate. Accordingly, the annual report gives a true and fair view of the Group’s and the parent company’s assets, liabilities and financial position at 31 December 2002 as well as of the results of the Group’s and the parent company’s activities and the Group’s cash flows for 2002. We recommend that the annual report be approved at the annual general meeting.
