Reality Wireless Networks Announces William Levan to Join Board of Advisors

William is a Well-Known, Respected Innovator in the Field of Digital and Wireless Communications

CAMPBELL, Calif., April 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:RWNT) announced today that William Levan has agreed to join the Company's Board of Advisors.

William's 30 years of significant contributions to the field of high-frequency data transmission began with his engineering post at Warner Communications, developing and deploying the first commercial 2way data network via CATV in 1976. Leading the development team at Hybrid Networks, Levan developed the core technology used in today's MDS, MMDS, 802.11, and LMDS markets providing reliable high speed data services. In his latest position, as CTO for Convergence Communications, Levan developed the core wireless IP architecture for delivering High speed data, Voice OIP, and Video OIP and supervised the deployment throughout central and south America.

Levan's numerous patents in the fields of HDTV and data communications amplify the extent of his contributions to this field and confirm his on-going interest in the science of solving communications problems for the real world.

Rick Ramirez, Vice President, business development of Reality Wireless Networks, said, "We believe this company's management team is one of which to be proud. We point to the expertise and outstanding record of that team whenever we are asked what would most readily distinguish us from other companies at this stage in their evolution. Our Board of Advisors is intended to be an active board whose composition is every bit as important as the management it will advise.

"This is a technology-driven business and technology is always evolving, changing or being made obsolete," continued Ramirez. "The role of our Board of Advisors is to suggest innovations in existing technology, pursue and improve upon our hybrid approach, and recommend emerging technologies whose use might lower costs and/or improve our quality of service. Levan joins an already distinguished board and we are both pleased and honored to welcome him."
