Scandiaconsult Removed from Stock Exchange


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 23, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Following a decision made by the Board of Directors, Scandiaconsult AB (publ) has applied to Stockholmsborsen to have the company's share removed from the A-list. The reason for the application is that Ramboell, Hannemann & Hoejlund A/S, who own 99.1 per cent of the company's shares and votes, have announced that they will call for mandatory redemption of all outstanding shares in the company.

The final day of listing as regards trading in Scandiaconsult's shares is estimated to be May 8, 2003.
