Kungsleden aquires


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 04, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) has aquired the property Nacka Mensattra 26:1.

The property consists of 36 apartments for elderly living and is let to Care Partner AB. The rental contract expires 2005-11-30. The property has an area of 2.047 sqm and a rental income of 3,6 MSEK per year including interest subsidies.

The purchase price is 37,1 MSEK including transaction costs.
