Cal-Bay International Forms New Cal-Bay Analytical, Inc. Subsidiary


TUSTIN, Calif., Sept. 23, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBYI) has recently formed a new subsidiary to expand the company's product lines. The newly formed company, Cal-Bay Analytical, Inc., will focus on the laboratory, testing and quality control markets.

Cal-Bay Analytical, Inc., a Nevada corporation with its headquarters in Tustin, California, will operate as a manufacturer's sales representative and distributor of analytical instrumentation and associated products and services to the laboratory markets, primarily in the Western U.S.

Cal-Bay International, Inc. is a publicly traded company currently trading on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB:CBYI). Cal-Bay international has one other operating company, Cal-Bay Controls, Inc., which is also a sales representative company for environmental and process-control products and services.
