New Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation Branch in San Antonio to Hold Open House on Wednesday, Oct. 22


SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation (AHMCC) has opened a new branch in San Antonio, Texas. An open house will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2003. The proudly Hispanic Female-led branch is the 5th one in the city and 87th in the state.

Ligeia Barreda-Valdez is the branch manager for the new office. She has over 14 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly a Loan Officer with Waterfield Financial Corp. She has lived in San Antonio for over 25 years and attended Our Lady of The Lake University.

Other AHMCC team members at the office include Loan Officer Andrea Guerrero- Trevino and A. R. "Tony" Alvarez who will be the National Director for their Emerging Markets Program.

Andrea Guerrero-Trevino is certified in Spanish and is enthusiastic about assisting the Spanish-speaking community of San Antonio and the surrounding areas. She is a native of the city, has extensive knowledge of the real estate business, and attended Our Lady of The Lake University.

Tony Alvarez has over 17 years' experience as a General Manager for Operations, Marketing and Accounting. He is also the founder of Renaissant Development Corporation that employed over 1,300 individuals.
