Wieck Media Launches Autodeadline.com for Automotive Industry

A One-Stop Site for Automotive Journalists Needing Time-Sensitive and Accurate Information

ADDISON, Texas, Oct. 20, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wieck Media Services has launched Autodeadline.com, a web site for journalists covering the automotive industry that provides the most up-to-date photos, text and videos from major automotive manufacturers such as DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda and Toyota.

Wieck Media, a leader in providing digital media services, has created a web site that provides a one-stop mouse click for journalists that are searching for photos, text and videos from automotive manufacturers. Several companies from the automotive industry have already provided content for the site and additional companies are expected to add content in the near future.

"Our customers are aware of the deadlines and the need to rapidly respond when media are searching for information," stated Jim Wieck, founder of Wieck Media. "Autodeadline.com was designed with their help so that journalists can come to one site for the most accurate and up-to-date information from these manufacturers instead of searching multiple sites and losing valuable time."

Autodeadline.com was launched in time to be used by journalists covering the 2003 Sydney Auto Show, held on October 16-26 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, where Wieck Media helped create and manage a work center for the attending media.

Wieck's founders are veterans of United Press International with world-wide connections in the media and a deep understanding of what media companies need and how they consume digital images and other content.
