Kinnevik buys Millicom convertible notes


Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik today announced that it has bought 10,863,000 Millicom International Cellular S.A. 2% Senior Convertible PIK Notes for USD 68,007,453. The convertible notes are equivalent to 1,010,512 shares in Millicom International Cellular S.A. after conversion. Kinnevik in total holds 13,205,000 PIK Notes in Millicom, equivalent to 1,228,372 shares in Millicom after conversion.
