Weinberg & Company, P.A. is based in Boca Raton, Florida and also has offices in Los Angeles, California. David Todt, CFO of Quality Of Life Health Corporation (http://www.qlhc.net), said the audited financials will be required for the Company to file an SB-2 registration statement with the SEC. The company plans to file an SB-2 in the first quarter of 2004.
The Company plans to raise $12 million in equity through the SB-2 offering.
