Quintek Signs Dealer Sales Agreement with Major Aperture Card Provider


CAMARILLO, Calif., Jan. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quintek Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:QTEK) announced today that it has executed a Dealer Sales Agreement with Information Imaging Corporation (IIC) of South San Francisco, CA. IIC is a major supplier of aperture cards worldwide. Over the years Information Imaging was instrumental in getting Quintek's patented technology accepted at the following locations: Boeing Co. (BA:NYSE), CALTRANS, Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT:NYSE), The US Navy and King County, Washington.

Robert Steele, President and CEO commented, "Quintek has had a relationship with Information Imaging for several years and this marks the first time that we have had a Dealer Sales Agreement in place." Steele continued, "IIC has built an exceptional reputation supplying aperture cards, hardware and related services to customers in this market." Quintek CFO, Andrew Haag, said, "IIC has indicated that of the thousands of customers they have, a few hundred of them currently qualify for Quintek's technology."
