FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Jan. 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has won the contract to build 129 new flats on the Concordia block in the centre of Malmo. The client is Riksbyggen and the contract amounts SEK 215 million.
Work will begin in March 2004 and moving in will take place in stages from the autumn 2005 till the spring 2006.
The project includes one building along the street with 103 flats and one building in the back yard with 26 flats. Below these buildings, there will be built a garage for the local residents.
