FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Jan. 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has signed a contract of intention concerning acquisition of the real estate company F18 in Tullinge in the community of Botkyrka. The seller is Vasallen.
Vasallen has developed the area since the take over from the Defence Authority in 1997 and a big part of the area will be planned for housing construction. The plan process will now be terminated and the infrastructure will be corrected with roads and network.
The area that Peab intends to acquire contains 250,000 square metres of development area and 30,000 square metres of existing real estate.
The contract of intention is to be followed by a contract of transference during the spring of 2004
