Peab's Year-End Report 2003

January -- December 2003

Enclosed we hereby forward Peab's Year-end report 2003

-- Net sales amounted to SEK 20 086 million (19 818)

-- Profit for the year amounted to SEK 226 million (488)

-- Profit share amounted to SEK 2.70 (5.80)

-- The foreign activities reduced the result by costs of SEK 194 million

-- Continued high order backlog amounting to SEK 13 590 (12 852)

-- The Board of Directors propose unchanged dividend of SEK 2.20 per share


 -- We expect the Swedish building market 2004 to be at the same level 
    as previous year. We start the year with good order backlog and an
    effective and profitable business in Sweden. After the measures we 
    have taken in Norway and Finland, such as strengthen organizations,
    adjustments of valuable and supplementary acquisitions, profitability
    will be reached in these activities during 2004, says Peabs CEO Mats
    Paulsson.
