Viastar Gets Temporary Symbol Change to "VISHE"

PHOENIX, Feb. 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Viastar Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:VISHE) announced today that the Company has filed its quarterly report in a timely manner with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 25th 2004.

(see: http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=0001098226&owner=include&action=getcompany)

Unfortunately, due to delays beyond the Company's control the NASD did not recognize the Company's filing as of the time of this release and has placed an "E" on the Company's Symbol. Management expects to have the "E" removed and the Symbol returned to "VISH" within 24-48 hours. Investors and shareholders should be aware that the Company is in complete compliance and regrets this unfortunate error.

The Conference call scheduled for today, February 26, 2004 at 4:15 EST, is temporarily delayed until further notice. The new time and date will be announced shortly.
