Weight Loss Forever International, Inc. -- Military Style Fitness Program Targets North Carolina

HEATHROW, Fla., Feb. 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Weight Loss Forever International, Inc. (OTCBB:WLFI) and Tammy Phillips Fitness Boot Camp LLC (TPF), a co-venture partnership, announced today that they are in negotiations with several investors in Ashville, N.C. to become area developers for Tammy Phillips Boot Camps. The expansion represents the first major thrust into a new market since Tammy Phillips Fitness(r) was formed.

"Our marketing plan for expansion is making the phone ring!" proclaimed Tammy Phillips, founder and President. "We've started this expansion now while the winter is just finishing up so that by springtime when everyone is ready for getting in shape, our radio commercials will be just hitting the airways." In the next two weeks WLFI expects 5-7 developer applications to be approved by the board.

Tammy Phillips Boot Camp is a structured, high impact exercise and fitness program that puts its enrollees on a fast track to better shape. The program is patterned after boot camp training conducted by the U.S. Navy Seals where the enlistees are termed as "Mudpuppies". In Virginia Beach, where the first Camp originated, Tammy Phillips Boot Camps are operated in seven (7) areas, each conducting five (5) classes a day for six days a week at a cost $250 per person. Each boot camp has 15-20 enrollees for the six (6) week training period.

The expansion of Tammy Phillips Fitness(r) into new major markets is a key marketing strategy. The company is also investigating the introduction of the program into Atlanta, Orlando, Panama City, Jacksonville, and Tampa-St. Petersburg.
