Pacificap Entertainment Holdings, Inc. New Boxing Channel


DEL MAR, Calif., March 19, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pacificap Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PFEH) (www.pacificapentertainment.com) is pleased to announce it is in final negotiations to create a Boxing Channel through its Cavalcade of Sports Division.

This channel will be in association with Sterling Promotions of Las Vegas, Nevada. Sterling Promotions President, Sterling McPherson, who is a former lightweight champion, will be producing the live boxing matches as well as innovative boxing programs for this new seven-day a week channel.

Mr. Ed Litwak, President of Pacificap, stated, "This is a great opportunity for Cavalcade of Sports to showcase its nostalgic boxing programs. This Boxing Channel should be up and running by September and we are planning to have an initial launch of 20 million homes. The production and studio will be through our ITN/Media One Company in San Francisco. Combined with our film finance division and this new channel, our third quarter should be very strong."
