American Ammunition Listed on Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange


MIAMI, March 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Ammunition, Inc. (OTCBB:AAMI): AAMI announced today that it was recently notified that effective February 27, 2004, its stock was listed on the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange by Berliner Freiverkehr (Aktien) AG. Berliner Freiverkehr (Aktien) AG is one of the largest German brokerage firms and access market maker for the unofficial regulated markets in Berlin and Frankfurt. They have dual-listed over 6,800 foreign equities in Berlin and 350 in Frankfurt. Trading volume was about 11.8 billion Euro for the OTC market in Berlin in 2003.
