(Pink Sheets:EYEM) announces that its previously announced purchase of a kidney dialysis center in Italy, which has been in the process of expansion and renovation, is slated to be completed by the middle of April and to be fully operational shortly thereafter. As previously stated, the estimate for first year revenue for this facility is expected to be between E1.5 and E2.0 based on the number of fixed patient contracts in place. The demand for dialysis providers in this area is growing and Eyemakers is planning the acquisition of additional sites to satisfy this demand, and the Company is in active negotiations to this end.
