Bostads AB Drott listed on Stockholmsborsen


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 06, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- As of today, the Swedish real estate company Bostads AB Drott is listed on Stockholmsborsen.

Bostads AB Drott is one of the larger private real estate companies in Sweden. The company owns, manages and develops residential properties in Sweden's growth regions. The Group's property portfolio comprises a total of approximately 1,020,000 sq. m. of rentable space, of which about 868,000 sq. m. is residential. The aggregated market value of the properties was approximately SEK 9,400 m at year end 2003.

Drott, Bostadsaktiebolaget will be listed on the O-list, section "Other shares" after DORO AB.
