STAFFORD, Texas, June 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Systems Evolution Inc. (OTCBB:SEVI), an information technology services company, announced today that it has acquired eLead Solutions, a software methodology mentoring services company, to enhance their Business and Technology Practice.
Jim McAllister, current president of eLead Solutions, will join Systems Evolution in the position of Senior Manager for the Business and Technology Division to assist with the Practice based in Houston. Jim has an extensive background in Rational Unified Process (RUP), requirements management, modeling and software development. He brings extensive experience in the process of mentoring and transitioning organizations to a consistent methodology.
