MALAGA, Spain, June 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The European subsidiary, Sunline Communications SL, of Amitelo Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ALOC) announced today that it has entered a contractual relationship to deploy a wireless network in the urbanization Buena Vista Al Mirador in Malaga, southern Spain. The contract calls for the delivery of telephony and broadband services to an initial 34 housing units, expandable to 150 units and more.

Sunline is deploying the wireless network in the said urbanization and connecting this network to Amitelo's International Telephony Gateway in the Technology Park in Malaga. The company is using the wireless technology to deliver broadband services and uses the SIP Technology to assign local telephone numbers to end-users/residents of the urbanization.

"The residents of this urbanization have been waiting for over two (2) years for landlines without success. Amitelo started its activities in southern Europe to end this waiting and deliver to the residents of these communities the vitally needed connectivity," commented Khaled M. Akid, CEO of Amitelo Communications Inc.

He continued, "We are estimating about 30.000 housing units, in this region alone that are still waiting for a landline and broadband services, and this number is increasing each year by 30 to 50% due to the heavy new developments of new urbanizations to satisfy the huge demand of northern European immigrants." Mr. Akid concluded, "Sunline will not be able to satisfy the incredible large demand of the marketplace, but intends to serve at least 50% of these communities within one year. This will translate into 15,000 subscribers in the first year of implementation."
