Kingsley Coach Receives $350,000 Order for Coach to be Used by Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the Central Hockey League

ANDOVER, Minn., July 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Kingsley Coach, Inc., (OTCBB:KNGS) announced today that John Madden and Rob Walker, the owners of the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the Central Hockey League (CHL), have ordered a custom Kingsley Coach to transport the team to regional events. The Mudbugs were second place finishers in this year's CHL President's Cup Finals. Under the terms of the agreement, Kingsley Coach will be delivering a custom length, entertainer style coach with made-to-order features and options, including flip-down plasma screen televisions and a layout that sleeps twenty-four adults.

"We believe that more and more professional sporting franchises, entertainers and celebrities are choosing ground transportation for regional events and would prefer to travel in Kingsley style rather than be subject to the expense and inconveniences of airports and train transportation," said Ralph Dickenson, CEO of Kingsley Coach, Inc. "The Kingsley Coach is a private, luxurious, and efficient way to travel. We are seeing a growing trend for companies to use our luxury coaches as a cost effective way to do business and entertain clients, and we are pleased to begin manufacturing the second Kingsley Coach ordered by John Madden and Rob Walker. This order is representative of our ability to manufacture a personalized Coach with any detailed specifications," furthered Mr. Dickenson.
