Xynergy Subsidiary, Indigo Signs Contract With Netcentric Solutions to be a Full Service IT Solutions Partner Provider


BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Aug. 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Xynergy Corp (Pink Sheets:XYNY) announced today that Indigo Technology Services, Inc. (Indigo) has entered into a contract with Netcentric Solutions, a Georgia IT Consulting Company to assist, enhance, and expand client base and to further grow business opportunities for each other.

Indigo along with Netcentric will be managing A-1 Homeservices technology systems -- including computer networks, call center technology and information technology systems. A-1 Homeservices provides installation of household products purchased by customers at such retail stores as Best Buy, Home Depot and Lowes.

A-1 maintains a national call center to support product purchases. Indigo, along with Netcentric Solutions, will support the Information Technology department for A-1 Homeservices, LLC. to support the customer service center technology. This contract charges the Indigo partnership with keeping A-1 updated with the most advanced technologies into the future. This contractual relationship just entered into last week is for a period of one year.
