About the Author

Dr. Ramm is a board-certified clinical psychologist, the highest level of certification available within this field. He studied philosophy and religion at Ithaca College and psychology at Cornell and Duquesne universities. His discoveries about the relationship between happiness and human behavior has received worldwide attention since they were originally published in New Ideas in Psychology in 1996. Dr. Ramm is listed in Marquee's Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, and Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare.

Co-author Steven Czetli is a self-employed professional writer. His newspaper experiences span twenty-five years and includes work as a reporter, writer, and editor. In 1983, he was named editor of the Pittsburgh Business Times, and in 1986, he was recruited by the Pittsburgh Press as executive business editor. In 1992, he left the Pittsburgh Press to complete work on Silent Witness, the story of a psychic detective, and to take over management of Editor's Aide, Inc., a succesful media consulting firm.
