Public Company Management Corporation Announces Pending Name Change


LAS VEGAS, Nev., Oct. 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Public Company Management Corporation (PCMC), a d/b/a of MyOffiz, Inc. (OTCBB:MYFZ), in a PRE 14C filed on 10/13/04, reported that the Company's majority stockholder has agreed to provide written consent for the following purposes:


  1. To approve an amendment to the Company's Articles of
     Incorporation to change the Company's name to Public
     Company Management Corporation.

  2. To approve an amendment to the Company's Articles of
     Incorporation to increase the authorized shares to
     50,000,000 shares of Common Stock, par value of $.001
     per share, (the "Common Stock") and to reauthorize 5,000,000
     shares of Preferred Stock with a par value of $.001 per share
    of Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock").

The new name will reflect the shift in business focus announced on 10/13/04. The Company now provides four distinct but complementary service offerings to small businesses considering going public or that are already publicly traded. The newly authorized stock will allow the company to raise capital to expand operational capacity and implement its new marketing plan, which includes highly targeted campaigns for each of its four service areas as well as strategic positioning of the new brands.
